1. Someday I’ll cross the mystic stream,
It won’t be long. it may be soon;
Someday I’ll lay my burdens down.

Someday I’ll reach the golden shore,
And dwell with Jesus evermore,
I’ll meet the ones who’ve gone before.

2. Someday this mortal life shall cease,
