1. Commissioned by the Lord are we,
\n\tThe glorious news to tell,
\n\tOf God’s salvation full and free,
\n\tWhich saves from sin and hell;
\n\tUpon His business here intent,
\n\tWe haste at His command proclaiming ev’rywhere
\n\t“Repent, God’s kingdom is at hand.”<\/p>\n

\n\tWe’ll tell it out “God’s kingdom is at hand”
\n\tWith trumpet shout “God’s kingdom is at hand”
\n\tAmbassadors for Him we go, All up and down the land,
\n\tStill crying everywhere.
