1. Master, the tempest is raging!
\n\tThe billows are tossing high!
\n\tThe sky is o’er shadowed with blackness,
\n\tNo shelter or help is nigh,
\n\t“Carest Thou not that we perish?
\n\tHow canst Thou lie asleep,
\n\tWhen each moment so madly is threat’ning
\n\tA grave in the angry deep?<\/p>\n
\tChorus:
\n\t“The winds and the waves shall obey my will
\n\tPeace, be still! Whether the wrath of the storm tossed sea,
\n\tOr demons, or men or whatever it be.
\n\tNo water can swallow the ship where lies,
\n\tThe Master of ocean and earth and skies:
