1. Rescue the perishing, Care for the dying.
\n\tSnatch them in pity from sin and the grave;
\n\tWeep o’er the erring one, Lift up the fallen
\n\tTell them of Jesus the mighty to save<\/p>\n

\n\tRescue the perishing, Care for the doing:
\n\tJesus is merciful, Jesus will save <\/p>\n
\t2. Tho’ they are slighting Him, Still He is waiting.
\n\tWaiting the penitent child to receive;
\n\tPlead with them earnestly, Plead
\n\twith them gently, He will forgive if they only believe.<\/p>\n
\t3. Down in the human heart, Crushed by the tempter,
\n\tFeelings lie buried that grace can restore;
\n\tTouched by a loving heart, Wakened by kindness,

4. Rescue the perishing. Duty demands it;
