1. When we walk with the Lord in the light of
\n\tHis word What a glory He shed on our way!
\n\tWhile we do His good will, He abide with us still,
\n\tAnd with all who will trust and obey.<\/p>\n
\tChorus:
\n\tTrust and obey for there’s no other way
\n\tTo be happy in Jesus but to trust and obey <\/p>\n
\t2. Not a shadow can rise, Not a cloud in the skies,
\n\tBut His smile quickly drives it away;
\n\tNot a doubt or a fear, not a sigh nor a tear.
\n\tCan abide while we trust and obey<\/p>\n
\t3. Not a burden we bear. Not a sorrow we share,
\n\tBut our toil He doth richly repay;
\n\tNot a grief nor a loss, Not a frown or a cross,
\n But is blest if we trust and obey.<\/p>\n
\t4 .But we never can prove The delights of
\n\tHis Love until all on the alter we lay:
\n\tFor the favour He shows, And the joy He bestows.
