1. I’m not ashamed to own my Lord,
\n\tOr to defend His cause,
\n\tMention the glory of His Cross,
\n\tAnd honour all His laws. <\/p>\n
\t2. Jesus, my Lord I know His name,
\n\tHis Name is all my boast;
\n\tNor will He put my soul to shame,
\n\tNor let my hope be lost.<\/p>\n
\t3. I know that safe with Him remains,
\n\tProtected by His power,
\n\tWhat I’ve committed to His trust,
