1. One when heaven was full with his praises
\n\tOne day when sin was as dark as could be,
\n\tJesus came forth to be born of a virgin
\n\tDwelt among men, my example is He!<\/p>\n
\tChorus
\n\tLiving He loved me Dying He saved me;
\n\tBuried, He carried my sins far away:
\n\tRising, He justified freely forever:
\n\tOne day He’s coming oh, glorious day!<\/p>\n
\t2. One day they led Him up Calvary’s mountain,
\n\tOne day they nailed Him to die on tree;
\n\tSuffering anguish despised and rejected:
\n\tBearing our sins, my Redeemer is He!<\/p>\n
\t3. One day they left Him alone in the garden,
\n\tOne day He rested, from suffering free;
\n\tAngles came down o’er His tomb to keep vigil;
\n\tHope of hopeless, my Saviour is Saviour He!<\/p>\n
\t4. One day the grave could conceal Him no longer,
\n\tOne day the stone rolled away from the door;
\n\tThen He arose, over death He had conquered;
\n\tNow is ascended, my lord evermore!<\/p>\n
\t5. One day the triumphed will sound for His coming,
\n\tOne day the skies with His glories will sing:
\n Wonderful day, my beloved ones bringing;
